    Although McCarthy has teased about her "mystery man" on her Twitter account, the two have finally made it public, recently kissing at the Midsummer Night's Dream party at Las Vegas's Palms Casino Resort.

    McCarthy even told "Extra" at the party she was happily dating. "I am seeing someone right now. So I'm happy and I'll let you know how it goes."

    Toohey, 35, hails from Las Vegas and is a former fitness model [see picture]. The two have been dating for two months, and McCarthy recently moved in with him while her L.A. house is being remodeled.

    "I've been living in Vegas for about a month. My house is under construction right now in L.A., so I very well could be here until it's done," McCarthy, 37, told People.com.

    McCarthy broke up with her long-time boyfriend Jim Carrey in April, but now she says she is focusing on "change and growth," adding, "I'm really happy [and] I'm looking forward to the future."

  • John Lesher To Produce William Monahan and Jenny Lumet Series Projects At HBO

    EXCLUSIVE: Former Paramount Film Group president John Lesher has set up two series projects at HBO as a producer, both with feature writers: Keys to the City, which is being penned by Oscar winner William Monahan, and The Three Weissmanns of Westport, written by Rachel Getting Married scribe Jenny Lumet. Both projects, now in development, are book adaptations.
    Keys to the City is an adaptation of Joel Kostman’s book of the same name, a collection of 14 stories based on the author's experience as a professional locksmith in New York City. It centers on a New York locksmith and offers a view of people and sights glimpsed beyond the doors he unlocks. The Departed scribe Monahan and Lesher are executive producing, with Kostman on board as a consultant.
    The Three Weissmanns of Westport, based on Cathleen Schine’s novel, is about a woman's search for meaning after her husband of 48 years walks out on her. She reconnects with her grown daughters who are also dealing with professional and familial irrelevance. Lumet, daughter of filmmaker Sidney Lumet, serves as executive producer with Lesher and Adam Kassan. Schine and Janet Meyers will serve as co-producers.
