During the first few minutes of the stream, Ye and his people struggled to set up, and viewers could watch Kanye staring blankly at the screen asking, "Maybe we should've went over this before we started?" But once things got flowing Kanye revealed some important tidbits about his upcoming album, including news that the currently-untitled project wasn't set for release until "sometime in November" -- two months later than its original September 14 date.

We still have yet to see a proper trailer for the second season of Eastbound & Down, which is due to premiere on HBO on September 26th. As luck would have it, however, Kenny Powers is starring in a series of new commercials for K-Swiss shoes that are basically the next best thing. The commercials are part of a real advertising campaign that include print ads, TV spots, and theatrical trailers, but they never cop to the fact that Kenny Powers is a fictional character. The ads themselves aren't all that outrageous, but I still wonder what people who aren't familiar with the show will think of them.
Funny or Die released a video earlier this week showcasing the fake board meeting where the endorsement deal was finalized, and there is a whole collection of TV spots over on the K-Swiss YouTube page. They also feature NFL stars Jeremy Shockey and Patrick Willis, plus MMA fighter Urijah Faber, and I am pretty sure that all of the ads were directed by Danny McBride's partner in crime, Jody Hill.
